Please direct any enquiries to sales@staging.botaniclabels.co.uk. Our customer service times are operational Monday – Friday, between 9am – 4.30pm. We endeavour to reply to all enquires within 24 hours however this may vary at peak times. Please note there will be no one available to answer queries during the weekend or over the Christmas & New Year period.
Terms & Conditions
Please read our terms and conditions contained in this section before placing an order with us. If you place an order with us the below terms will be bound by and will form a contract between you and us.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Orders
All orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse supply to any individual or organisation.
Products may differ slightly from the images shown. In particular, colours can vary depending on the resolution of your screen device. We do offer a colour sample pack from our Online Shop.
You are responsible for ensuring all details provided are accurate. Please take particular care when entering information on our label designer app which also has a preview section at checkout. Please visit our ‘links’ for free to use plant name references.
Customers reserve the right to cancel their order for items that are not personalised. In such cases, the purchase price will be refunded to the customer within 7 days. For information relating to returns please read the Returns section below. Unfortunately, where an order is personalised from information you have provided, we cannot offer a refund, however please contact us immediately at sales@staging.botaniclabels.co.uk in the event your order has not yet been manufactured.
Payments
We accept Visa Debit / Visa Credit / Mastercard. All payments are processed through either Stripe or Pay Pal.
By placing an order, you consent to payment being charged to your debit or credit card as provided on the order form. We will use Stripe or Pay Pal to validate your payment for online purchases.
Payment for goods will be taken at the processing stage and an order confirmation will be sent to you.
We understand that some customers prefer to use bank transfer or cheques which we are happy to accept. Please let us know through the contact or email order form and we will guide you.
Trade Accounts
Accounts for trade and institutional customers are available on request. Please contact us for further details and terms and conditions.
Returns
Your happiness is our business and that is why we individually check every label that we send out. If you have a concern about your label or accessory, please get in touch with us within 7 days so that we can diagnose the issue. We might ask you to send the item back to us in secure packaging to help us identify the issue but often we can identify the issue with photographs.
If you have contacted us within 7 days of delivery and we have been at fault, we will offer a free replacement or alternative. We cannot refund return postage if we did not request the return of the item or when we were not at fault, nor can we accept liability for any s damaged during transit.
